Je8 Terms & Conditions — Please Read Before Use

Welcome to the je8 platform. These Terms & Conditions (hereinafter referred to as the "Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between je8 and its users. By accessing je8's website or using any of its services, you are automatically considered to have accepted these Terms.

These terms apply to all users residing in Bangladesh. je8 reserves the right to amend these terms at any time, and any changes take effect immediately upon publication.

Je8 operates in accordance with the applicable laws of Bangladesh. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Bangladeshi law and courts. Users are advised to remain aware of the laws applicable in their own country or region.

To create an account with je8, you must meet the following requirements. Any account registered with false information will be terminated immediately and the associated balance may be forfeited.

• Applicants must be 18 years of age or older.
• Each individual may only register one account. If a person is found to be operating multiple accounts, all of them will be closed.
• The name, mobile number, and other details provided at registration must be truthful and accurate.
• Keeping your account password confidential is entirely your responsibility. Sharing your password with anyone else is not permitted.
• Any suspicious login activity or unauthorized access must be reported to je8 support immediately.
• Transferring, selling, or renting your account to another person is strictly prohibited.

Je8 currently supports deposits via Mobile Banking, Nagad, and Rocket. The following terms apply to all deposits:

• The minimum deposit amount is BDT 300. The maximum deposit limit depends on your account tier and verification status.
• Deposits are generally credited to your account within 5–15 minutes. If there is a delay, please contact support.
• Deposits must be made from a mobile banking account registered in your own name.
• Payments made through third parties are not permitted and may be reversed.
• Please ensure the correct reference number and amount are included when making a deposit, otherwise processing may be delayed.

Please read the following rules carefully before making a withdrawal from je8. Failure to follow the correct procedures may result in delays or cancellation of your withdrawal.

• The minimum withdrawal amount is BDT 500.
• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 15 minutes to 24 hours.
• Withdrawals may only be made to the same payment method used for the original deposit.
• Large withdrawals may be held pending completion of account verification.
• Wagering requirements must be met before any bonus winnings can be withdrawn.
• Je8 reserves the right to temporarily suspend withdrawals in cases of suspicious activity.

The following terms must be met to be eligible for je8's bonuses and promotions. Any abuse of bonus privileges will result in cancellation.

• The welcome bonus is available to new members only and may be claimed once.
• Each bonus carries its own wagering requirement, typically ranging from 5x to 20x the bonus amount.
• Any attempt to claim bonuses through multiple accounts will result in all associated accounts being terminated.
• Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn directly; it is only available for withdrawal after the wagering requirements have been fulfilled.
• Je8 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion or bonus offer at any time.
• Bonuses are generally valid for 7 days. Any unused bonus will be forfeited after the expiry period.

All games on je8 are powered by RNG (Random Number Generator) technology, ensuring that every outcome is entirely random and unbiased. je8 games are regularly audited by independent third-party auditors.

• The use of bots, automated software, or any malicious programs is strictly prohibited.
• Any attempt to collude with other players to manipulate games will result in account termination.
• If any winnings are incorrectly credited to an account due to a technical error, je8 reserves the right to correct the amount.
• If your internet connection drops during a game session, the system will automatically save the state of your game.
• Any dispute regarding a game outcome must be reported to support within 48 hours.

Je8 believes gaming should be a source of entertainment, not financial hardship. That's why we encourage our members to play responsibly and have put in place a number of tools to support them.

• No one under the age of 18 is permitted to participate on the je8 platform.
• Any member can set their own deposit limit at any time.
• Members have the option to temporarily suspend their account for a set period if they need a break.

Je8 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice under any of the following circumstances:

• Any violation of these Terms & Conditions.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or money laundering.
• Operating multiple accounts.
• Use of false identity or fraudulent documents.
• Attempts at hacking, using bots, or manipulating the system.

If there is a valid balance at the time of account closure and no rules have been violated, je8 will endeavor to return those funds. However, balances may be forfeited in cases of fraud.
